A first conversation, not a finished RFQ
You do not need a complete SKU list
Tell us where you will sell, what you are looking at, and how much you can risk this season. If packaging, manuals or inspection matter, say that too. Incomplete is useful. A unit price with no context is not.
Start with any of these
Skip the ones you cannot answer yet.- Where will you sell?Country or region, season, and whether this is a store, marketplace, wholesale or import programme.
- What categories matter?Folding chairs, tables, garden furniture, shade, outdoor living—or the links you already have.
- How much risk can you take?A test quantity, a reorder, or a container shape if you already have one.
- What does retail need from the carton?Marks, labels, manuals, photos, inspection or loading records.
Write the brief as you would to a sourcing partner
The form is a checklist, not a gate. Send what you know. We reply with follow-up questions, a tighter product direction, or the next quotation details—depending on how complete the picture is.
We read this as a product-line plan, not a price hunt
The point is to catch a wrong mix, an overloaded carton plan, or a packaging gap before you commit a season to it.
Does this fit how you sell?
Channel, market, season and likely use—before we talk as if every item belongs in the same box.
What can sit in the same shipment?
Which items may work as a test, which need more commitment, and how CBM changes the mix.
What has to be true at retail?
Packaging, carton marks, labels, manuals, product data, inspection photos and loading visibility—for this order, not in general.
Other buyers asked the same thing before sending a list
I try to bring as many categories as possible to you.
That is the conversation this form is built for.
Read client voicesDetails before the carton is sealed
Carton marks and packing checks are cheaper to agree now than to explain after a return.
Read packaging notesHow the container actually fills
Last year’s loading photo belongs to that mix. This shipment needs its own carton data.
Read the loading checklistIf you are hesitating, it is usually one of these
I do not know exact SKUs yet. Can I still write?
Yes. Market, channel and categories are enough to narrow direction. We will ask for SKUs when they start to matter.
Can different categories go in one container?
Sometimes. We review the items you name against MOQ, CBM, carton size, season and channel. Compatibility is an order question, not a slogan.
Do you handle packaging, manuals and carton marks?
Those can be discussed against the product and the order. Do not assume a general “yes” covers every SKU and every market.
What happens after I send this?
We read the context, then reply with questions, product suggestions, or quotation next steps. If something essential is missing, we will say so.
