Buyer question Are these umbrellas all with UV protection and tilting? Shade performance, tilt mechanisms and bases need to be checked against the exact item you plan to sell. Buyer question How much does the cardboard box weigh in grams per square metre? Carton board, dimensions and packing method depend on the product and are only useful when matched to the SKU and shipment plan. Buyer question What is your response to product issues? A useful quality discussion starts before shipment: define the selected SKU, the acceptance points and the evidence you need to see. Buyer question What services do you offer? Rather than asking for every service at once, begin with the product group, sales channel and decision you need to make. Buyer question Do you have warehouses in Europe? For an import plan, the useful conversation is about the goods, shipment timing and destination warehouse you control. Buyer question Do you provide dropshipping services? If you are building a retail range, the practical next step is to identify the products and order conditions that need checking. Buyer question Which markets do you cater to? Market is more useful than a country label alone when it tells us how the product will be sold and what needs to be confirmed. Buyer question What is the experience level of your team in this field? The relevant test is whether the discussion reaches your selected products, pack plan and market requirements. Buyer question Can I select a specific certification authority? Certification is not a catalogue-wide promise. Start from the exact product and the rule or customer requirement you need to satisfy. Buyer question What directives are covered by your CE certificate? Do not copy a certificate or directive from one product to another. Put the item and market into the brief first. Buyer question Are all necessary certifications for the EU market included with the products? Treat certification as an order-specific evidence request: identify the selected product, market and exact requirement before relying on a document. Buyer question Can I request a sample? A sample is most useful when you know what decision it must help you make: finish, function, packaging, photography or buyer approval. Buyer question Do you sell your items in the EU? Use the market to start a specific discussion, not as a blanket approval for every product. Buyer question What type of packaging do you offer? Packaging has to work for the product and the route to market, not just look right in a catalogue. Buyer question Can I have my own logo on the products? Start with the product and where the logo, label or packaging change needs to appear. Then the order implications can be confirmed. Buyer question What is the minimum order quantity for your products? If you are testing a range, the useful question is which products can be combined and which changes affect the order threshold.
