NINGBO YUFEI Send a brief

Proof before the RFQ

What can you actually check before you send a list?

A cautious buyer is not only asking whether we can quote. You want to know whether we understand retail, mix and shipment risk. Client voices, cases and process records are already here. A warehouse photo is not proof for the item you are buying. We will say so when it is not.

What are you trying to confirm?

  • Will this work for my channel?Online, marketplace, import and wholesale need different proof.
  • Will bulk match the sample?Sample matching and pre-shipment checks reduce that uncertainty.
  • Will packing create problems later?Marks, labels, manuals and packing checks.
  • Can I see the loading?Photos, container planning and packing details—when agreed for the order.
Client voices

What buyers said when they were not writing a testimonial brief

Online store buyer in Europe
I try to bring as many categories as possible to you.

That is a product-line relationship, not a one-SKU quote.

Really cool product pictures, good quality pictures.

For online retail, pictures are operational, not decoration.

Container loading

Loading photos from another mix. Useful to see how we work—not a CBM number for yours.

Watch
Sample matching is a process example. The points that matter still need agreement for your selected item.
A pre-shipment quality-checking example, not a blanket guarantee for every SKU or shipment.
A loading-process example. Carton data and the final loading plan must be confirmed for your own mix.
Where to look first

Start with the risk that would hurt you most

If you list online

Start with product photos, packing, manuals, labels and sample matching. Those show up in listings, returns and reviews.

If you import or distribute

Start with supplier-choice cases, category fit, mixed-container planning and loading visibility.

If you are adding categories

Start with client voices, quote-comparison cases and product-line support. New categories need judgment, not only a price.

If you are racing a season

Start with timing, carton size, CBM, packing, inspection and reorder logic. Seasonal windows do not wait.

Limits

Ask us what proof applies to your order

Can you provide proof before shipment?

Depending on the order: product photos, packaging photos, carton-mark checks, inspection details and loading visibility.

Can I check whether bulk matches the sample?

Sample matching and key-detail checks can be discussed before production and shipment, especially where material, colour, size or function matters.

Packaging, manuals and labels?

Reviewed against product type, quantity and market needs.

Does this help a mixed-container order?

Yes. More SKUs means more carton sizes and loading variables, so packing and loading visibility matter more, not less.

Then send the real brief

Category, market, channel, and the risk you want to control first

We will tell you which proof, samples, packing checks or loading records would actually help before you confirm.
