Our Quality Control Process

Within our quality control framework, we meticulously oversee three critical phases to guarantee superior interior quality:

1. Sample Test

Before production begins, we will provide customers with sample tests to facilitate them to understand the performance of the product and the actual use

On some occasions, we can also provide real-time video demonstrations to customers to give them a comprehensive understanding of our products.

2. Mass Production Inspection

Once the sample is approved by the customer, we will proceed to mass production according to the customer’s requirements. In the process of mass production, we will provide customers with pre-production samples and inspection reports, so that customers can check whether there is any problem

3. Loading Inspection

Even when the product is ready for shipping, our process doesn’t falter. Final inspection confirms that the products leaving our factory maintain the quality we promised. For this reason, we will provide customers with cabinet installation reports to facilitate them to understand further progress.
